We offer next working day delivery for all confirmed orders. Minimum order is $50 for delivery service. Please note that there is no delivery on Mondays.
MBS, Tuas and Sentosa and high security area like military camps are not considered for delivery.
During festive periods, peak seasons, or when we are handling special events, delivery may be moved to the next available working day. We truly appreciate your understanding as we prepare everything fresh for you.
Difficult Access Surcharge
A surcharge of $5 or more per level applies for deliveries to locations that are difficult to access, such as units requiring stair climbing or those with a long walking distance from the loading or unloading bay. This applies for orders not exceeding 10kg and up to 3 levels of stairs. If your location has stairs or a long walking distance from the loading bay, please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order and we will quote accordingly. Customers may alternatively collect their order at the ground floor or loading/unloading bay at no extra charge. For heavier orders, please contact us for a separate delivery quote.
Self Collection
Self collection is available with no minimum purchase required.
Kindly collect your order within 2 days from your reserved date to ensure the fruits remain at their best freshness. A $5 fee will apply if the order is not collected or if no request to change the date or order is made within the reservation period.
Uncollected orders will be cancelled and the refund will be issued in the form of a gift card.
Residential Rates
Residential rates apply to HDB flats, condominiums excluding developments with parking charges such as integrated developments, and landed properties.

Order by 12pm Singapore time and your fruits will be delivered the same day, between 3pm and 6pm. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the following delivery day.
We deliver Tuesday to Sunday. We are closed on Mondays — no deliveries and no stall. If you order on a Sunday after the 12pm cutoff, your order will be delivered on Tuesday.
Free delivery on orders above $120. For orders below $120, a standard delivery fee applies at checkout. We deliver islandwide across Singapore. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
All deliveries are made in a single window: 3pm to 6pm on the day of delivery. We don't offer narrower time slots at this stage. If you need a more specific arrangement, WhatsApp us and we'll see what we can do.
Yes — we deliver islandwide across Singapore. This includes all HDB estates, condominiums, and landed properties. We currently do not deliver to Sentosa, Jurong Island, or other offshore islands.

Yes — WhatsApp us with your preferred delivery date and we'll note it down. This is especially useful for gifts, events, or when you know you'll be home on a specific day. Online checkout is processed for the next delivery day, so WhatsApp is the best channel for advance scheduling.
There is no minimum order. You can order a single punnet of strawberries if you like. Delivery is free above $120 — below that, a delivery fee applies at checkout.

Yes — we only bring in each variety when it is truly in season. Flavour and texture are tied directly to timing. If the quality isn't there yet, we wait. This is why our product range changes throughout the year. Check our Seasonal Best collection to see what's peak right now.
We work with trusted local suppliers in Singapore who source across the world's best growing regions — Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Thailand, Malaysia, and China. We do not import directly ourselves. Each fruit's origin is listed on its product page.

Storage guidance varies by fruit. Most berries should go straight into the fridge. Tropical fruits like mangoes and papayas can be left at room temperature if not yet fully ripe. Each product page includes specific storage tips. If in doubt, WhatsApp us and we'll advise.
Yes — avocados are carefully ripened before delivery, but the exact ripeness on arrival varies. A firm avocado will ripen beautifully at room temperature over 1–2 days. Leave it on the counter until it gives slightly when pressed. Once ripe, move it to the fridge to pause ripening.
This varies by fruit type. Berries and grapes are best enjoyed within 3–5 days. Most stone fruits last 3–7 days depending on ripeness at arrival. Citrus and tropical fruits generally keep longer. Refer to each product page for specific guidance, or ask us via WhatsApp.

We accept PayNow, PayLah, and FavePay. At checkout, you'll receive a QR code to complete your payment — quick and straightforward. We do not store any of your payment information.
Because our products are fresh and perishable, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there is a genuine quality issue with your order, please WhatsApp us with a photo within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess each case fairly and make it right.
