• Flavour: Golden yellow skinned plum with a good balance of sweetness and tartness. As it ripens at room temperature, the flesh softens, the tartness fades and the sweetness builds

• Best for: Gifting, and for enjoying how the taste changes from tart to sweeter as the plum ripens
• Shelf life: Ripen at room temperature until slightly soft. Do not refrigerate before fully ripe. Once ripe, refrigerate and consume within 3 to 5 days.
